Note:
1. For any product not listed above, contact Tektron for warranty information.
2. The 5-year limited warranty covers LED products for up to 50,000 hours of operation (based on an average of 13.6 hours/day), whichever comes first. Operating the product at ambient temperatures exceeding 35°C or in conditions outside Tektron's installation guidelines will void the warranty. Warranty coverage is activated upon receipt of a completed registration form and takes effect 30 days from the installation date.
3. Warranty registration is required to activate coverage. To register, complete and submit the Warranty Registration Form to orders@tektronled.com or fax to 678-456-4811.
4. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and original installed location only. It is non-transferable. The LED arrays will be considered defective only if 15% or more of individual LEDs fail to illuminate.
5. Warranty coverage does not include field labour or service charges. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and labour related to the removal and reinstallation of any components or fixtures.
6. Accessories and emergency battery backup units are excluded from the 5-year warranty. Motion sensor and photocontrol components are covered under the respective supplier's warranty.
